Stuck!! Someone help!!!

Right, i'm totally stuck on Egypt. I wanted to figure it out by myself but i've been wandering round for ages now & it's just annoying me so can someone please help me! I know i'll be missing something totally obvious here...

Where do i go now?! The door at the end is closed, the water at the bottom of the room seems to have nothing in it... help!!

go into zoom mode and use the grapple on the closed door

Throw the grapple and pull down the far far away door, then quickly jump and swing onto it before it closes. :)

you're right it is totally obvious and i had the same problem. see the second right? (after the ceiling one, on the door) manually aim and throw ur grapple. then pull

I haven't played this yet but cant you jump of the ledge behind it onto the pole?:scratch:

That requires the dreaded backwards jump from a grappled wall run. You use that ring on the wall to your right to do the wall run. Generally you need to move a little bit up your rope, but play around with it. When you get to the right spot, you jump backwards off of the wall to land on the platform above you and to your left.

It can be a pain yes. Jumping off of a wall in a specific direction is a royal PITA. It's one of my very few gripes with the game (but a big one).

It's really hard to get up there and you don't actually need to go there. If you're reward hunting then go for it though.

Yeah, i figured that. I tried a load of times but never could quite make it so i've given up for now & moved on! I've missed a load of artifacts so my 2nd play through will be a 100% effort.

Once you're attached to the ring, you need to pull up a bit. (= shorten the rope's length), otherwise you might miss the platform.
