One of the coolest little details of the original Tomb Raider was when you climbed onto the broken hand of the Midas statue and turned to gold. The reason for this was a nod to the King Midas Story: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midas I'm not one for spoilers, but I'm curious what happens this time around. Can someone tell me in a spoiler tag?

Uh yeh...but everything remade in this seems to have an extra shine to it, for example the gear structure in Lost Valley is actually a realistic working mechanism. I was wondering if there was anything extra to the small scene, like is it more cinematic etc.

I hope it's good. :(
If they remake TR1, they have to give the Midas Touch some extra sheen, at least.
I love that :D !
I really can't wait to see that!
