Hit the 'print scrn' button. Open MS Word and paste. The 'print scrn' buttom will take a screen shot and hold it on the copy/paste board.

i use bo-shot, it takes the screenshot and saves it as jpeg or whatever u want into a folder of ur choice, i use it for navyfield mainly but so far i've found it works with everything
