Caves are fine to me, but when I think of it...

Look, the caves are all combined as it seems, in the 12 minute demo sneak peek, you see that the first level is shortened. In another video which i've seen a couple of weeks ago I saw that the 'first level' directly connects to The City of Vilcabamba.

So if i'm right, 4 levels have been set in one, and thus it means that the game is more.. compact. If we only get to play the first level, I hope it isn't all four levels in one, but I got a feeling...

I wonder how.. short (Yes, i'm afraid it's short) the game is now that there are actually four levels now Peru, Greece, Egypt and Atlantis is combined...:o

It's not confirmed or anything that it is combined, but look at the sneak peek, how short is that first level? They cut out a few things, like when you pull your first trigger to open your first door (not the big entrance) they skip that little hall, and go directly to the wolves...

And they shortened the path where you need to open the second large door to... First you needed to take a high road, and then you need to get on the other side to pull a lever to open the giant door, now you enter from the front and go to left and right to open it... (Ok, this part is longer, but the road to that part is so much shorter)..

I know, but I haven't played Legend in a while. And it's hard to find time. But I agree with Athesist- I don't think I'll be able to not play the demo.

The demos are usually half the level, not thw whole level but shorter.

That's sometimes the case. PlayStation 1 and 2 demos, though, are usually either a time limit, a full level, or bits and pieces of various levels. I remember the PoP: SoT demo were bits and pieces of a few levels AND was on a 20 minute time limit. I still have no idea how much of the game is on there, 'cuz it always ends at a different point.

As for my playing a demo for Anniversary, I will have to say NO. I know they won't release a PS2 demo by the time the game hits shelves (I could be wrong though), so that option is out for me. I'd have to pay for it anyway, and I'd much rather just wait for the game. The Legend demo wouldn't play on my (what I thought was an advanced) computer so I'm guessing the Anniversary one won't either. Again, I'd prefer to just wait til the final product is in my hot little hand and then spinning with joy in my PS2.

in that demo video there is a spot where the video is obviously cut. probably to stop us from seeing something really neat!

anyway, i will definitely play the demo, as long as it comes out within at least a week of the release.
