VAL kept telling me every 10 seconds that an invalid room was choosen. I saved and restarted the game and still VAL kept yapping on about it.
I go to the bio-deck and find that my newly hired monks are attempting to build their temple things up there in an area where I had transported statues from the deck below. The Startopia AI was statisfied when I finally moved the statues out of its way and allowed the monks to continue their efforts so they could begin the conversion of others.
