Hi I have Norton Internet Security 2005 and I would like to set the norton firewall ports in order to play multiplayer safely; I have disable windows firewall;
I have already tried to create a rule for the appl. Batlestationmidway.exe which set the ports listed in the readme.txt (local and remote) but it doesn't work; It seems that it requires other ports to be opened. If I open all ports it works well; the problem is that I would like to open only ports really needed for the multiplayer gaming in order to play safely.
The questions are :
1) Can you tell me which ports must be open and how to set them (local or remote or both)? Is there some operation I have to do?
2) How is the risk to play BSM with all ports opened?
