dude! where's my remote?

i can't seem to find the remote for the explosives because when i go to a safehouse i find that there is a bomb but not the remote so i'm stuck with a triggered bomb which does'nt explode.:(

i have found a way past it.
my way is get up a rank on rioja and it should be back!:D
