i know the title is a bit weird, but let me explain:
when i play BS:M all goes wel, but when i exit the program, the proces stays in my task manager with 90-98% CPU usage.
i waited for about an hour, and then killed the process using the task manager, then closed the task manager, and guess what, my PC was slow as ******
when i checked task manager for a cause i found out that my task manager was hanging, also @ 90-98% CPU usage.
Then i rebooted my PC, but while it was shutting down, i had to kill about 8 more programs that were hanging.
Since then every time i close BS:M this problem pops up.
My system is:
HP ZD8125EA desktop replacement
3.0GHZ pentium 4
1280 MB RAM 1024+256
80GB 5400 RPM Harddisk
Windows XP SP2 fully updated
With Norton Internet Security 2007
No other programs cause this problem, so does anyone know what can cause this?
The demo also gave me these problems, and the patch did not fix it.
edit: i reinstalled again, and applied the patch before playing. unfortunatly it did not work
