Reputation planes/cars

I was wondering if you go to your reputation thing in your PDA you can see you get cars/planes/heli's for being a certain promotion level... Where do you get these cars/planes/weapons???

You go to the safehouses.

yeh you go to the safehouses that you unlock with that car/plane etc.:D
