I was just wondering if anyone was interested in forming clans/fleets in a tournament style gameplay. I love this game, but somehow I feel a certain aspect of finding challenging players to play against and having reliable teamates is few and far between.
Im not reaming at the noobs, I dont mind noobs cause the game is fairly new and everyone is really getting to know the controls and the proper uses of all the weapons sytems on all units. But if you dont even know how to launch planes, please play the tutorial before you come online, cause you are not a noob you are an idiot. A noob at least knows the basics. I am big believer that a certain level of competance is required if you are to play in multiplayer. Far too many games are extremely unbalanced due to 1 or 2 idiots (not noobs) not knowing how to play, give units to teamamtes or even how to chat. This really infuriates me, as this game is heavily depending on teamwork.
So Im not even sure if BS:M is on TWL, but Im hoping with support from like minded players that will change. I see alot of potential for organized sheduled battles with maybe 2 out of 3 round style matches. This tournament/ladder environment would create somthing that I felt was missing from the random online play. Those who play other games on TWL and have regular matches with their clans/fleets know what im talking about. Well with that said, I think some really magnificent enjoyable matches could form from this thread...Imagine the tension when a battle comes right down to a single torpedo, or a lucky depth charge or a b17 making it past the wall of fighters to unload its payload on the last crippled enemy carrier...Im just saying in a serious ladder match these things would keep me on my seat, and I really wouldnt be able to contain my excitement :nut: ...now thats gaming...
