Cannot download BattleStations Midway

I cannot download BattleStations Midway. whenever i try to start the battlestations midway streaming manager i get an error (a problem was encountered with your activation code, contact the vendor for assistance.) i have not had to put in the license code as it was already apart of the download manager. How can i get the game in download and install?

yeah its a legal download i purchased it through www.pcworld.com

There maybe an issue with their DL program. I would suggest contacting the sites customer service.
