TR1 2 and 3 help

I got the TR trilogy :D (yay me :))
but when i put in disk it wont run, any suggestions?

I'm guessing you bought them for PC?

Firstly, make sure that if you have more than one CD drive that you put the game discs in the drive with the lowest letter (in other words, if you have drives D: and E:, put the disc in drive D: )

If it still won't run, then go to My Computer and open the CD from there and look for a file called "setup.exe" and run that.

Also, you might want to take a look at the technical help pages here (http://www.tombraiderhub.com/faq/index.html) because it can be a bit of a mission to get TR1 working on Windows XP, and TR2 and 3 can give problems too.

thanks :D, got it to work, because before when i clicked on TR2 in CD drive icon nothing came up. I don't know if this is a problem, but in TR2, there are no loading screens or FMV's, even the secrets don't chime. I would really like to see the cutscenes.... but like when i ended GWOC (Great wall of China) It just told me my stats of what i collected then went on to venice. I m sorry if these are noob questions, i never played TR2 on the PC before

That sounds like the problem that happens when you don't put the TR2 CD in the drive with the lowest letter. TR2 works perfectly for me when I have it in my D: drive, but if I try to put it into my I: drive the cut-scenes and sound do not work.

If you do have it in the drive with the lowest letter and it's still not working properly, try downloading the XP/Vista multipatch from here (http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/vista/patch.html). Select only the games you would like to use the patch for when you install.

im using E: Drive for my CD Drive,
D: Drive is my other hard drive

tomb raider 3 wont work on my machine :( , i installed it, and i added the XP patch but it keeps asking me for the CD when the CD is already in the CD drive

I have a TR3 update that makes the game work perfectly for me. I don't know if it's the same one in that XP patch updater, but you can try it if you like.
