Dive bombers

When i use the dive bombers sometimes i get a small explosion when i try to hit the ememey airfield and sometimes a huge explosion what am i doing wrong should i dive if so how do i know what angle to dive at??

you can dive as 90 degrees or whatever, as long as you know where your bomb will go. You even can level bomb if you know what you are doing.:cool:

the dive just makes it more accurate and easier to hit the target, because when diving you have time to center the target before you release, if you just fly past, you have to release at the perfect time and if you don't, you miss, or if you saw that you didn't have it lined up well, you will have to come back for another pass
as for the angle, the steeper the dive the better, but if you dive too steeply, it won't let you release the bomb

i just let the computers do it, i find that they always do more damage than by personally controlling it. this is probably because when the human releases the bomb, all 3 planes do also cauing only 1 of 3 to hit while with the computer it is 3/3
