Multiplayer Campaign?

I am thinking about buying IG but I would liek to have a few questions answered first:

1) Is there a multiplayer campaign? If not is there a mod or something?

2) How many players does IG support?

There is no multiplayer campaign, unfortunately. There are multiplayer historical and custom battles (both land and sea) though.

If I remember correctly the amount of players in multiplayer is a maximum of four.
