Xbox 360 or PC? Which version?

Greetings Everyone!

Like many of you I have been waiting for this game for a long time (over a year for myself). Now that we *know* we will be playing BM fairly soon, I would like to hear some of your opinions on which version you will be purchasing. I am still unsure which version I will purchase, but I will probably base my decision on the demo(s).

The thought of playing this game on my 60' HDTV makes me drool, especially with the reliability factor of the Xbox 360 (in my experience, games on the consoles seem to be less prone to glitches/CTD/bothering other apps on my PC). However, the idea of using an xbox 360 controller leaves me worried. I have played some games on a console that were ruined because of the respective controller. Also, I seem to have an easier time finding multiplayer opponents on Xbox Live than on the PC.

Then again, my PC will be capable of playing BM in full 1600X1200 resolution with all settings on high. So technically I would have a "more beautiful" gaming experience, while at the controls of a PC (mouse/keyboard/joystick(?)).

360 - 60' Samsung DLP, Denon AVR, Klipsch Reference 7.1
PC - Dual Core 3 GHz, 2 GB DDR2 SDRAM, x2 nVidia 7800 GTX KO (SLI), Dell 24 in Ultra Sharp, Klipsch ProMedia 5.1

Xbox 360 all the way here.it will be mcuh more wasy on controller.I cnat see of playing it on a computer.

Ill get whatever version is released first, wich i think is the x360 one.

If some great mods are released on PC ill get that too.

I will probably end up buying both if I like the 360 demo. I'm sure that I will love getting the achievments and using Xbox Live, but when the modding begins I will definitely want the PC version. I feel that it will add to the longevity of the game.

I was just playing Battlefield 2142 and it reminded me just how frustrating PC games can be online. For me it seems to always take FOREVER to find a decent server and then hope there are no "operational problems" with my hardware. The Xbox 360 version is seeming more and more like the way to go.

Hey, at first i was thinken, gotta be PC, but then I played BFME II and, I gotta say, the 360 will handle it beutifully. Also, I can find good games over live better than on my PC. Also, I prefer 360 controler over mouse and keyboard (most instances). Now, I could probubly get a better pic. out of my PC, but I can't stand mods, ect. so I'm sticken with my consoles. (not, I play my 360 on a "tube", no flat screen or LCD. sigh:mad2:

I just recently picked up a 42" LG LCD TV to go with my 360. I will be sticking with it for Midway. :D
