Blood money is crashing during a couple parts. It crashes during the cutscene before Murder of the Crows, and it crashes whenever I throw something in You Better Watch Out. The crashing while throwing seems to be a common error, and I've heard many posts explaining that it's a sound issue and can be fixed by simply lowering your hardware acceleration. I have a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi that I paid a good $89 for.
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 1.8GHz
ASUS A8N-VM CSM
GSKILL RAM 1GB DDR400
nVidia Geforce 7900GT 256MB
Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer
120mm Exhaust, 120mm Intake, 80mm Intake, 92mm Intake
There's no reason I should have to lower my sound quality to play this game; how bad of a port can someone make that it crashes due to sound issues on decent systems? My processor is a bit underpowered, but that shouldn't matter at all. Nothing should matter at all because my sound card should be handling all the sound processing. What's wrong here, Eidos?
