I thought it was only a 1 year contract, not 3. It was in an interview video and definitely mentions the contract anyway. I'll see if I can find which one it was.

ok I've found it; it's in the FHM interview and it doesn't directly mention contract :o . She says:
"This is like a full on commitment for one year"

Although considering how much you spend on all the training she has to do and that she hasn't done anything poorly would suggest longer than 1 year.

I stand corrected.

But like you said, all that training they put her into would seem kinda worthless if she'd only be the spokesmodel for a single game. Will they spend all that money again on another model? Don't think so. Besides, Karima grew a lot as Lara Croft since her first photoshoot. I hope they keep her at least until the Legend storyline is wrapped up. :)

Contractually it probably was just for a year though - in this world of legal mumbo jumbo they need to make sure they aren't locked into a Lara model who turns out to be a dud (or the game turns out to be a dud).

Thankfully neither is true :D

Jeez, shes a model for god sake, you diddent buy the game because of her. you bought the Game because you probably like the francize,

Karima is just the public face of the game and from what I've seen she does the job well,

shes one of the best models I've seen sporting for the tomb raider games, So just give her a break.

All you people want, is some chick to come along who looks like lara, well I got news for you. That aint gunna happen!.

I guess we'll have to wait and see ;) there are more then enough models that can fit this job.
anyway, each TR game had it's own model...so I don't see the point in keeping Karima for more then 1 game (I don't really consider the AE in this case, it isn't TR8. just an addition). it's just a spokesmodel job, the games aren't based on the models :rasp:
yeah, the last 3 models, including Karima, were real good. :thumbsup:

She's not a model. She's an actress. Hiring her to promote a videogame would be at the very least veeeery expensive. And probably impossible, too.

They get karmia she is one year gets some of the money from the profits. You get anglina she will want to take 20 or 30 percent of the earnings for every tombradeir game including the orginal ones.
