how do i land on the presidents plane , ive tried it about 15 times so i gave up , im stuck on that mission

You have to get REAL close to it - pretty much touching, then go to Stunt position and you'll get the usual "Jump to vehicle" option. Bear in mind the size of the vehicles- you're not as close as it looks, remember!

Is it possible to parachute and grapple hook the plane. I have been playing this mission for 3 hours.

Jump out of the jet ahead, and just a little above the presidents plane. The option to take over the plane will show up. Just be quick with the E key.

Why do people have trouble with this?I done it first time,come in at a 45 degrees angle & jump to the plane from the stunt position.

If youre lucky you might get it when its still on the runway.
