2 weeks back My PC started having probs booting and shutting down on an almost daily basis. On start up I have got the BSOD Machine Check Exception message, and the system has frozen when shutting down a few times.
Having checked the hardware and found no fault I decided it might be a software issue. Just Cause was the only piece of software I had installed at around the time the problems started.
Having uninstalled Just Cause 4 days ago I have had no more problems.
Is this just coincidence or has nayone else had a similar experience?
