Does it ever rain?

I think i have read somewhere that it rains sometimes but it has not yet.
Does anyone know if it does?

For me it happens quite often, about once for 20 minutes of play.

Maybe I'm wrong but cant you disable/enable the rain in the game settings? Maybe you have it disabled.

Maybe on the PC version, but i dont think you can on consoles and he said he has it on PS2.

it starts to do lightning flashes in the clouds in the background on the pc version and you can stand there and watch the clouds roll in and it starts raining:) pc is awesome:)

Yeah weather effects on pc are pretty sweet. I hate it when it rains in games tho cause it starts to make me feel really cold, or is it just me :nut::lmao:

Lol I'm sided with Citnarf on the rain. It nevers stops raining. I'll be flying a plane and go all the way across the map and it will still be raining. I have to wait till a day cycle passes for it to stop. Oh and the weird thing is that it always seems to rain at night because every time it rains the stars are out.

yes it rains and when it does it goes dark and miserable , your not missing out on much.(i have the xbox 360 version):)

I also have the 360 version and yes it does go all dark and miserable. I used to have the original Xbox version, before I got my 360... in that, it goes even darker than the 360 one.

BTW, the PS2 version dosent rain. Something to do with hardware limitations.

I had one occurance when it got really foggy and dark, I couldn't even see 2 feet. Like everyone said, you aren't missing out on much.

By the way, if you want it to rain, just picture blobs of poo falling from the sky, that's what it looks like.

Actually, if you look closely, it looks like poo. Seeing that you're 102, I wouldn't expect you to see it.

But if i'm not mistaken rain is usually blue and kind of smooth looking. And poo is brown and sticky. I dont really know how you got these mixed up.
And I have you know I have the latest in all technological eye-implants which allow me to spot even the faintest drop of poo anywhere thank-you-very-much!

I have a cheat that makes it rain24/7 (only works on pc as you must go into the files and change stuff) For some reason i like it raining every second:D :o

i find it's annoying on the 360 version because it goes darker and the graphics go a bit rubbish,on the 360 it looks amazing when sunny.

dont try flying through valleys and bettween mountains on the rain, poor visibilty......
