Is it possible to change the controls in the PC version?
yes and no, afaik there is no analog support for gamepads on PC, so for using a gamepad you would have to use third party software to use analog directional controls, however, the keyboard keys and mouse keys can be remapped.

Keep in mind that if you have a 5 button mouse, you will only be able to change the first 3 buttons and use of the last 2 will require again, third party software.
