I'm stuck at the space capsule where helm gets shot into the capsule, how do you get into the ship?

can you be more specific? I kinda charged through it, and it's all a bit of a blur in my memory.

was too close to to jump up to enter ship and retrive helm, finnaly got it right, thanks any way

Actually I'm stuck there too. Trying to get inside the big ship. I've climbed to the top of where the lights go but can't see anywhere else I can go.
