Hi,

Ok, I've got the first 4 islands from the top right under guerilla control. The political map shows them as green. The thing is though, on the last one, there are still settlements that are still under government control, and whenever I go to the guerilla next to that settlement to do the liberation mission for that settlement, the option doesn't come up. All I get is a side mission option. Why is this?

On the previous island, I had one settlement left under government control even though the whole place was under guerilla control as indicated on the political map. It still let me liberate the final settlement though.

What's going on?

The province I'm having this trouble with by the way is called Provincia de los Bravos and it's Guerilla stable, but I should be able to still liberate the few settlements left under government control though right?

to do liberations the province must be 'politicaly unstable' or red on the map

Are you by any chance trying to liberate the "capital" of that province? You should know if what you're liberating is a city...

If that is the case, you can't liberate it until the balance bar in the political map is sufficiently green (the province is most Guerrilla).

If that is the case, try liberating other settlements in the province before going to the capital.

Same thing with the Military Bases...

is there rearly such a thing as the capital of the province, the only capital I know of is Mendoza city, ive never had to liberate capitals, it has to be Red or Politicaly unstable for you to capture it.

I think that san esperito city is the closest to a capital you are going to get.:D
Although the island of presidente is kinda the capital.

I may have not been clear enough... you should probably have noticed that in every province there is either a Military Base or a City (this is what I called "Capital" just to call it something different from settlement).

The logic in the game is that, first, you need to turn the province to "Politically unstable" by liberating some "Settlements"... when the balance bar for that province is sufficiently to the green (Guerrilla) side, and only then, you can try to liberate the "City" or the "Military Base"... and if you succeed, the province is yours.
