I have a realy intresting idea, I want to see Tomb Raider series games Lego. I think it will be very exciting because by following instuctions you could build levels you saw in the games, and play, or build something what you want new. Say what you think.

Very intriguing idea, Aurimas. But to build entire levels would be far, FAR too complex. Still, I like the idea; if Harry Potter can be lego, why not Lara? (You should write to Lego; you might make a fortune for your idea :D )

that's because Lara fans are usually a bit older then Harry Potter fans :rasp:
however, it sounds like an interesting idea.

the (PC?) game was very lovely!
I've heard that LucasArts are planning a sequel...too bad they aren't working on other titles such as "monkey island"...

A long while back I made my own version of Tomb Raider lego using the Egypt sets, which allowed you to build your own temple(s) complete with traps, boulders, crocodiles, skeletons, scorpions, a jeep, a mummy and plenty of Lego pistols and rifles... came close enough for me, and I thought the Padmé figurine from the Star Wars set did quite nicely as Lara's head :rasp:

Not true, Harry Potter has a huge adult audience, did you not see on the news when the last book was released ;) Actually I know some adult members of our lovely forum who are big fans, I have read a few of the books myself. I used to work with a man who is now 66 and he is the biggest Harry Potter fan I've ever met, he is an even bigger fan that my 11 year old nephew who is also a huge fan.

that's why I used the word "usually", not "always" ;) I know a few adults-fans, too.
I own 3 of the books, so don't me wrong on that one. :)
and again, most of it's fans are children (I am NOT saying that as a bad thing. meow.), if I'm not mistaken, while most TR fans are usually a bit older? correct me if I'm wrong. :nut:

You misunderstand, I wasn't being *****y or trying to offend you or anyone else, I was merely stating a fact that there is a huge adult Harry Potter audience, so please do not "meow" at me.

but...but...that was a friendly meow :(
I think you misunderstood me,
I know you didn't try/want to offend me, and I wasn't being all defensive ...or at least I don't think I was
I hope I didn't offend you or anyone else, and I truely apologize if I did.

Okay. I'm still not sure if it would ever take place; what with the Level Editor out and all, few would go to the Lego level of things (although, come to think of it, Lego is not a bad idea to map a level out, roughly - the Level Editor is quite complex for me).

A seasoned Tomb Raider Custom Level builder could do it easily enough.
And there's plenty of those.
A while back, the group effort Lara at the Movies custom game was released with Star Wars, Alien, Stargate, Jurassic Park levels, (amongst others) and even two levels done in black and white - Psycho and Rebecca.

Dude, I never play with lego nowdays, but I'd buy some in a second if it were...
Actually... I probably wouldn't. Scratch that!
Would be cool though.
