Yo, new here and not really a forum regular but thought I'd share how to complete Curtains Down, Silent Assassin rank with just the hammer (I prefer non-conventional killing as you can tell :) ).
1) Run through the door to the left and knock out the worker. Nick his clothes, take the hammer and dump his body in the box.
2)Make your way to the dressing room and wait for your target in the closet(he'll come in after the second rehearsal.) Eventually he'll come in and sit down on his chair. Pop out and cave his skull in before he has time to scream for help. Dump his corpse in the curtained-off area. Make sure you put the bloody hammer away and make your way to the winch where you would normally blow up the chandelier.
3) Climb down the ladder and through the hole in the floor. Wait for Delahunt to lean over the balcony and aim the hammer about a head's length above his noggin (no-one will see, blind *****ers) and throw. THWACK!
4) Go all the way back making sure not to cause a fuss, retrieve your suit and escape, with class tattooed all over you.
(NOTE: If playing on Pro the bloody hammer will count as evidence. If you still want to kill Bob the Builder style you can collect the nailgun downstairs and follow the above steps instead popping a nail in Delahunt's head rather than projectile hammer death)
