Why is the mi5 symbol (illuminati) watermarked on everypage of the Hitman manual?

The triangle with a crowned skull and bones with an eye at the top. Americans look at your dollar bill for a simular symbol to compare.

I see their symbols all over modern games. Sierra, Dice(bf2) and I am seeing it with Eidos.

Although I may be wrong. I believe the ICA may be a part of MI5. If you notice at the end of the real ending, Diane/Diana is talking to the Queen of England at the end of the game. I also think Agent 47 has a bit of an English accent. This would make sense because British covert operatives do have licences to kill and the government empolys contracts around the world. I haven't seen this watermark, but it was a great find on your part.
