Weird spikey video problem

I am having a weird problem with the the Characters and some objects having a Spikey video problem

This is the best quick example I can come up with Usually the body and face are horribly Spikey.. but it only seems to happen with Newer EA Or Eidos games..Brothers in arms, Godfather, Commandos Strike Force, Hitman Blood Money.
The problem is worse in some games rather than others,
I am using a Nvidia 6800 GT with drivers from the Nvidia site 84.21 on XP of course and Intel 4 3.2 GHz and 2 gigs of memory
I have tried several drivers and and a few Video tweaking tools and am using a temperature monitor and says that the card is not going over 75 degrees C.
Plus it only seem to happen to certain games, COD 2 and BF2 don't have a problem with this at all..
I know I'm not the only person having this problem cause I have seen post from other people but so far none of those post had answers..

Maybe you should backroll your drivers. I'm using v77.77 now (I have a nVidia 5600) and it works perfect. The newest drivers are giving me troubles as well. You could also try to contact nVidia customer support.
