Need help desperately for Lengends PS2

Hello,
I am stuck. My husband,myself and my son cant get past the creature in the KIng Arthur level. The problem seems to be that each time we drop a cage except for the one on the right,the creature wont smash the cage but instead just knocks Lara down. I realize there is a bug in the system but is there anyway to override it or do anyone of you have any hints to give us? Very frustrating..

Are you guys shooting at the bells before dropping the cages? She should be distracted when you do that, so in theory she shouldn't be able to hit Lara. :scratch:

Really? I've never seen any confirmation anywhere of the difficulty in beating the snake boss being due to a 'bug' But alot of people do have problems with this part simply because they do not shoot the bells for long enough. You have to shoot them for a good four or five seconds until the snake is completely hypnotised. Then wait until Lara puts her guns away and quickly throw the grapple at the bell you've been shooting. It is a bit tricky and the timing has to be spot on and you have to position Lara facing the exact point (I guess Crystal Dynamics failed, with this bit at least, in their goal of creating a game that wouldn't give anyone a real challenge)

I could be wrong and it could be a bug, but if so I'm sure it was addressed in the patch released a while back.

l have never seen a bug here, although sometimes you have to be carefull how you position Lara in order to get her to grapple the lever you want her to
