Statistics: Better Watch Out level

So I play this level and oy, statistics page says witnesses 1, my notoriety bar has red in it now, and -3,000 for damage.

So I play it three more times, and each time it is the same. I don't get caught on camera, I don't use any weapons except one instance of fibre wire, nobody is anywhere around when my targets have their accidents, the guy I drug with the anesthetic doesn't turn around even slightly...the suspicion gauge never gets more than a little bit green....

This is true even if I do in the third character, the woman who beckons to me in the hall.

So what gives here? If no one sees me, I make no noise, I use one silent weapon, damage nothing, how come I have witnesses and damage charges?

By silent weapon I mean the fibre wire, because it makes no noise, not a silencer. I use it to get a guard costume.

That's probably where your damage is coming from.
For SA, you can't kill guards unless you do it by means of an accident.

Not true, I got an SA rating on the riverboat level and I killed a waiter. As long as you make it look like an accident, it doesn't hurt your SA rating.
