blue screen and restart crash

Hello there,
can somebody solve my damn problem,

when i play this game in win2000 ,,, at certain intervals of the game i get the blue screen in which it shows at the bottom,

beginning physical memory dump
physical memory dump complete....

and then the system halts.

and in windows XP my system itself restarts... i find this restart so much in resistance level, when i start this level after 5 - 10 seconds my system restarts.... am unable to view the level cinematic as well as play this level....
(this problem also happens in other prev levels also)...

my system requirements meet the minimum system requirements of the game... i reinstalled the game 2 times and also reinstalled directx , and also windows. but i get the same problem...

plz someone help me with this issue...

Ok, are you sure that your cpu is clean & not covered with dust?

& What video card do you have?

yea am sure my cpu is clean and clear and meets the min requirements of the game.

i use Geforce FX 5200 which i think shud be sufficient.

Your video card should be alright for the job.

hmm . . . . . . . . . . . Are you sure you plugged it in to your computer's power supply?

GUYS IT SEEMS THAT ALL FX SERIES GAMERS HAVE CRASH PROBLEMS WITH GAMES EVEN I HAV AS IM USING FX5500

yea, i've installed the whql certified drivers and it shows the driver certified in dxdiag.exe ....... but did not fix the problem with the game.

its a physical memory dump problem........

plz help me fix this ****.........
