Blood Money and Contracts BSOD

I get this BSOD whenever I play Hitman: Blood Money, Hitman: Contracts.

Problem detected; Windows shutdown to prevent damage to computer.

Thats the error I get on the blue screen. I get it after about 5 minutes on the second level of Hitman:Blood Money and about 5 minutes on the first level of Hitman: Contracts.

I have:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+
Nvidia GeForce 7800GT 91.28 drivers
1024MB RAM Corsair Value Select Dual Channel
Windows XP Home Edition SP2

If you need any other information please let me know. This error is really getting me frustrated. I have searched Google and found several people with this error but it seems to happen to them while using other programs, I have yet to find anyone have issues specifically while playing games. If anyone knows a fix I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello

I've got the same problem as the above user. We got similiar systems.

I've discovered, can't say if its because of this but it points in its direction,
that my usb head phones (Speed-link medusa) seems to have something to do with it.

When I turn them off, the game seems to run more than 5 min on each level,
I get past points on the map where I normally get the blue screen. :mad2:

Eidos might need to patch their game with some more advance audio options.

Guess I'll have to wait for them to do this, if its the case, since I have no
other possibility to have any "good" sound for this game on my current
computer. :scratch:
