HELP!! with england level...pleassseee

somebody please HELP! im going out my mind!

tomb raider legends.....xbox 360 -
:mad2: :mad2: after the water serpent on the england level theres a lever which opens a gate to a slope which lara has to go down. as soon as i open the gate and try to go down the slope the stupid thing freezes! i've tried a dozen times but nothing works. i am so upset! please somebody help! :mad:

ive finiched the game,what u do is u climb on the cerpant then u go threw a place.just telling u now,theres another 1!!(buy u dont have to kill it)

if u havent killed it yet heres what u gotta do.theirs a aim and u shoot at it and the cerpant should get destracted.if it doesnt ur r in some deep poo!!ok back to wat i was saying,when it is dectracted,u take ur grapple and u pulll that shinny lever and a cage falls on its head.(it takes life away from it:D )then u do it 3 times altogether 4.that should do it!then u climb on the cerpant and go in a cave and u slide.dont be scared there is 1 more but u jump over it and the buttons u press should show up and then shell pull her guns and it will back away.like i said ive finiched the game so if u need help in nepal or bolivia redux let me no!!!good luck!!!

Thanks Lara Lady :D but unfortunently our problem (or atleast mine) is after both sea monsters. after the second monster there are two gates you shoot the rope, climb up the gate using the shields, and swing across on the rope you shot off. Then you pull a lever/switch and it raises the gate for you to slide down a ramp. As soon as I walk towards the ramp the game freezes :( I've tried it a dozen times it always hangs and I can't restart the level. Any ideas? I would go back to a previous save but I've gathered lots of medals and I don't even know if it will work. I'm going to try and see if it happens again when I load an old save and play the level.

Sorry l do not think there is anything you can do with the 360 version, usually if it were PC you would turn of any extra graphics features. You could try returning it and getting your money back. It is strange others have finished the game on the XBox 360 without problems? Does the disc need cleaning? Also the problem could be with your console and not the game itself

It was a one time bug! *whew* I just went back to an old save and replayed the level and I had no problems. Thanks for all of the help everybody! :) I finished the game last night. Now I just have to get all of the medals!
