Need help - Ghana - Statue

I cant seem to get to statue in time to get second manacle off. Is there a quick way to get there in time. Thanks.

I've heard of people just grappling it from the ledge with the pressure plate. If that doesn't work then after it's fully open then step off the plate and jump on the spinning ledge as it comes upright and quickly jump to the statue and use your grapple. Be sure and be a little away and directly in front of it. It took several tries before I got it right.

Thanks for the help I finally got it. I tried the grapple from the ledge but that didn't work and just by dumb luck got over to the statue and used the grapple in time. Thanks again.
