Yeah, apparently someone by the name Crip Uzi or something like that has figured away around the patch. He's been seen using infinite ammo and rapid fire.

it happens cuz sometimes it laggs, so u try to kill the guy but he doesnt die..n he's running around while shootin.... that way u get kill...if it happens jus leave the game n find a new one cuz edios got a big lag problems with other games as well

exactly...its all laggin no cheating....cuz if ppl could cheat then there would have been enough cheaters by now...jus use ur brain...that lag makes it look like they r cheating n yeh u r right abt ppl on the ground shooting...i remember it happen to me once i was snipin n then some dude arrest me but i still had half health...then i went in the middle n it looke dlike someone's body or a peiece of something...n i could kill ppl jus like normally

It doesn't help when people overfill a room.
When a host chooses a map, pay attention to where it says "Best for __ to __ people". Any more than that number, and you are sure to see some lag.
