please help with fog issue

hey guys i realize you are busy trying to fix this problem but i think it might be my spesific graphics card, as my computer has more than enough ram and cpu power to run this game.... anyway im running a radeon 9250 128 megs with the lastest drivers. when i get up to level 3 the game goes all 'foggy' and the only real thing i can see it the writing when people talk. please help i love this game and i hope i dont have to take it back:( if you need more details please ask :)

The rest of the specs on your PC would be good (like your CPU and the lot).

p4 3 ghz more then enough to run the game people said try revert to older drivers.... its not worth it for one game others need newest drivers please help :(

Try setting the Compatibility Mode to "Windows 98 / Windows ME"

I Have The Same Problem Of The Fog In The 03 Level. No Problem In The First Two Levels. I Would Like To Know Also If Is Possible To Jump To 04 Level To Solve The Problem Of The Fog.
