Need help cages up high..

Can someone please help me i am underground in some big cave, and theres a big mansion underground as well and theres water but lara cant swim underwater as she starts coughin. There are these cages up high and when you pull them down they go back up again.. im lost been swimmin pulling things down and nothing seems to work..

P.S - Ive had this game for 5 days and its the best game, as this is my first Tomb Raider ive ever played im mostly impressed :) :thumbsup: :D

once u get the sword and u get back to this point thats when u need the cages a big snake appears and u must use the cages to kill it u got to b quick ill let u work out what to do tho :)

Okay ive ignored the cages and i climbed up the mansion and found this rope attached to a bell and slid down it, and im completely stuck i dont know what to do from there ive been here for in this room for 40min lol:( i can move bedwyr's tomb but dont know what to do with it???:confused:

ive climbed up this half broken big rock pole thing that was attached to the roof and still dont know what to do, ohh this rooms doin my head in:eek:

yeah that room was confusing to me as well. and I was through all my health packs and nearly dead by the time I figured out what I was suppose to do with the snake. Good thing someone soon afterwards drops health packs. :D

I wont spoil it too much (I know it's more rewarding to think for yourself) but lets just say you're going to need to grapple and release something and then jump on something else.

I fear even that was a big spoiler.
