Yeah, I'm getting this as well. Changing the "Invert Y-Axis" options has no effect whatsoever (although the X-Axis ones do work). Oddly enough it worked in the demo, but not in the full game!

However, installing the "European 1.1" patch appears to fix the problem. Lets hope the Americans don't have the same problem... ;)
