So very dark

I downloaded the demo but with brightness and contrast ingame at full and my monitor at full brightness its still to dark to see dark(er) areas good :( All games i play are normal but this one is just to dark, a gamma correction in game might help i guess...

Some places are supposed to be dark ofcourse, use the PLS :)

I updated my display drivers now and that helped a tiny little bit i think but it's still very dark.

Specs:

ASUS K8N, AMD Athlon 64 3400+, Corsair 1gb ram, Sapphire Radeon X700 pro 256mb, Audigy 4.

Could you take a few screenshots for us? Possibly out doors if it looks dark too?

I find it a little dark, yes, but then I expect it to be, it's underground, but outside the light is OK.
You can go into OPTIONS & brighten it if you wish.:rolleyes:

Ok, this original screenshot looks pretty good actually but it's way different from what i see ingame. Below is (more or less) what i see.
Reducing brightness or contrast only makes the screen go darker.

edit: pictures expired, well anyway gonna buy the full game soon and hope it's brighter then the demo.

Ok same problem with the full game, the only thing that makes it work good is powerstrip.

I have found the game unplayable. I am in the caves in Peru and I cannot see anything because it is so dark.
I have an AMD3800+ with a Nvidia 7800GT card which is connected to my TFT monitor using the digital lead, and even with the brightness on full it makes no difference
