I'm trying to complete the first L'Arsene mission and I've knocked out everybody and went to the Serge Inn and saw the guy through the window but I don't know what to do. I have like a thousand keys but I can't open any of the following:
- the fancy door in the ground near beginning of level
- the weird, tall doors in that wooden house in the NE district where I think maybe the guy is hiding?
Can anyone help? I'm impressed with the mission but I'm stuck as if this were an Infocom game.

The key to the shutters in the ground was stolen by Pouilloux. He's left it in his tower. To get there, you have to go out the back door of the Security (Police) building and down the ladder to the ground. If you turn right through a wooden tunnel, you'll end up in a shed full of barrels. There's a ladder against the wall that's very hard to see. Climb it (Take a box with you. You'll probably have to go look for one.) and go along the route up here. You'll end up at the tower window. I needed a box to get in here as it seemed to be just a bit too high to mantle up to.
You need to go through the Abandonned District before you'll have the key to those doors. The key to the district is in a room where a murder was committed, beside Chez Serge. To get in, look for a wooden beam and a hole in the wall in the street before you get to Chez Serge. You'll find a pathway that will get you inside the building. :)

Gracias!
I had located the [SPOILER]murder scene[SPOILER] earlier but failed to notice the trinket in question. These are much harder than the official T2 missions in that there's no redundancy of keys.
That bastard L'Arsene. I will destroy him, that is my vow--even if it takes the whole weekend. (Something about that sounds pathetic but hey.)
Thanks again.

Make sure you continue on with the L'Arsene series. The missions just keep getting better and better. Gaetane is a very creative lady! :)

Indeed, the finale, The Den, is truly magnificent!
