Some things I want to know!

Can you pick up bodies? cause I couldnt do it in the demo( if you cant do it in the original demo, will the enemy notice a dead body?) and how do you switch your own weapon to a german weapon ( there comes two arrows when you walk over a weapon but I cant pick it up) and how can I hold breath with the sniper?

idk how to hold breath but to switch press the action button usually f no they will not notice the body and u cant pick it up

No. You cannot pick up bodies. The enemy will not notice a dead body because it will disappear into thin air within a short period of time.;)
