The only thing i can think of would be update to newer drivers (Video card that is) or try older ones.

look dude if u cant play online first tell me wut does it says when you try to connect and then post it and i will help u out, and u need to have internet, and u have to close all the other programs that uses internet like messengers, downloaders and antiviruses, or spywares, ok i hope i helped u:D
