Eidos has confirmed Tomb Raider Legend - Lara Croft's seventh outing now under the aegis of Crystal Dynamics - will release April 2006. A demo version is expected sometime in Februrary. To herald the announcement, Eidos has updated www.tombraider.com with new screenshots and game information.

Tomb Raider Legend will see esteemed cyber-heroine Lara Croft pit her wits against an old nemesis as she traverses the globe in search of an ancient artifact. Head on over to the official Tomb Raider site to collect the updates.

The magazine to have to demo is said on both websites to be OPM but unfortuently it says on ign that the demo will be realesed in april for OPM and for stores in may. I dont know which one to belive but all i no is that THERE IS A DEMO. and i didnt read anything about a xbox or xbox360 demo but there is a demo for the pc on the site to come soon.

I can assure you that there is no publically available demo anywhere. He's probably just talking about fact its `coming` to the xbox mag.

IGN probably means the April issue of OPM which comes out the first or second week of March... unless you are a subscriber which comes out the last week of February. I wonder if the UK mags will get it too??

I bet it will be available on the net the first day it comes with a printed magazine. I really look forward to play the demo. The game looks cool, altough I'm not yet convinced I will go :eek: over the game. Just because I'm not a die-hard fan like the rest of you. ;)

that pda deminds me some of Splinter Cell, i think it's a great idea to have it in the game. You can see Lara using it in video from ign. I really hope that it's going to be some real product as I really want to buy it and have some gear which Lara uses :)
