I Cant Talk To Or See One Of The Guys In My Clan While Durring Game We Are Invisible To Each Other And Cant Talk Anyone Else Having This Problem

yea a few of my clan members have the same issue... ppl say its cuz of routers.. but most play straight from modem so i dont know what thats all about.
