problem after install

ok i know i already made 1 forum about this but i know its not the video card

my computers a gateway gt5014 by the way but after i install this game which took really short i double click on the icon to start it up and it acts like its gonna load but then says

"TTL.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.we are sorry for the inconvenience"

i would contact eidos tech support but i dont see any email adress to contact them thats why i made another thread
