Because of the apparent unability to kick people, teamkillers and other idiots are easier to stumble upon.
Ergo I'm wondering, is there a site or something where you can file complaints against certain players? And will it do any good? Cause as far as I know if you delete an account they can just create a new one? Seems to me that'll only do any good if the player cares about their stats, and if you're teamkilling you probably don't.
