problem after installing game

ok i know my computer can run this game but first the install took a long time and 2nd after i installed it i double click on ttl.exe and it looks like its gonna load but then it goes back to the desktop and says

TTL.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.we are sorry for the inconvenience

i tried installin new drivers for my intergrated graphics card but it didnt work

thats what i kinda figured but i dont know if its worth buyin one cuz ive played games that require high end graphics cards before and they've worked fine think im just gonna buy a cheap one that should run the game
