are you gonna fix this or not....because if not..im getting my 40 dollars back....im very disappointed at this malfunction of a product you sold to us..especially after i've been loyally waiting over a year...online play?...there is no online play as of right now...that's false advertisement...just wanna simply know...WILL IT BE FIXED??...or am i getting my money back :confused:

Just curious.....how do you get your money back? Most places don't refund opened games...

well if i dont get my 40 back then i'll at least get some back for reselling it back to eb games...plus its not that old

Legally, Eidos will have to refund every game if they cannot get the online in shape. Dunno if this will be done at the retail level or if it would be a send-in but after a reasonable time period for them to fix the bugs, they will have to do it.
