Soul Reaver 1 ERROR PLS HELP !!!

Hello guys...i am trying to play soul reaver 1 and i get this following error

It says.."winplay.dll" error...i read the threads about soul reaver 1..i;ve tried them and still it doesnt work...plzz help me..

PLEASEEEEE GUYS....why dont you believe me? i tried the soulution from www.lostworlds.net it didnt work....i have an original Soul reaver cd sold out version..and here it what it happens...when i install SR..i try to play the game the monitor goes black..and i cant even reached to see the menu of the game...if i install the official sr 1.2 patch..and i try to enter the game..it says to put in the game in the cd-rom...then i applied lost world unofficial patch...and do all the things it was written there..with the shorcut and all the stuff...and when i try to enter the game the same thing...the monitor goes black and the error says kain2.exe error with winplay.dll error...plsssssssss helppppp meeeee

I think you've got the same problem as thread 3. Try the NoMovies patch in that thread and if that doesn't work, I'll try nopping the call at 0047db19 :p

EDIT: I checked it out last night. It's definately the movies. The problem in thread 3 wasn't the same as yours, but the solution I suggested in that thread should work.
