I was just wondering if anyone had any Friday the 13th type experiences today? I've not been overly cautious today, but I have been aware that it is a 'black' Friday so to speak!!!

Pff I haven't had any friday 13th experiences, I don't believe in that nonsense. It's just a friday like all others.

No offence to people who do believe in it.

No. but we did spill some salt and had a black cat
walk across a broken mirror under the ladder of the LEM just to see what would happen...

I forgot my lunch today, but luckily I wasn't hungry at all and my sister gave me some of her lunch.

I went into the wrong class 1st thing in the morning, to realize I was in the wrong class, but luckly it turned out I was only late for gym, and it doesn't matter when you get there, really..

Does that count? lol...:D:p

I'm going on a camping trip with my hockey mask.

What could possibly *twitch* go wrong?

Woohoo! I get to have the first freaky story!! :p

I was sitting in our study last night, and I just heard this alarm start to go off. At first, I thought that maybe my dad had set his alarm wrong, and it was going off.

Well, it turned out to be the clock in my bathroom. (I took this clock with me on my London trip, so it was still set to GMT. So while it was still the 12th here, the clock was on the 13th) I just thought of this to be the most bizarre thing to ever happen here, and actually gives some proof that something else is in this house.

Now this is not an easy alarm to set. In order to set the alarm, there is this thing you need to pull up, and then make sure it stays set. Normally, it never stays set, so the alarm doesn't work right. No one had touched the clock all day, and actually no one has touched the clock in a long time!! And it's not easy like I said, to maybe hit it, and accidently set it. So 'someone' else turned it on..........

Actually today went well for me. :)

Gained a girl friend (although this was at about 00:30ish, so only just today ;)). This more than balances out the fact I overslept and was two hours late for work (and so £10 down) . . I start at 12:00 . . so musta overslept a lot.

PS - Arctic, what are dustcaps?

EDIT - Can't spell . . . corrections.

If you look at a car tyre there is a black thing sticking out from the hub caps the dust cap is the bit that stops dust and grit getting into the inner tube through that black thing sticking out from the hub caps

Well, if you break one mirror, it's seven years bad luck. Break two mirrors, it's 14 years bad luck. If you break 100 mirrors, that's 700
years baaaaaaaaaaaad luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I not "Very Supersitious" (good Stevie Wonder tune). I don't fear of what can go wrong. All I know that today is another gorgeous sunny day without a cloud in the sky. It make me want to get in my car and drive south on the NJ Turnpike.

I don't fear black cats. Especially any cat here in the forum.

Well, by the time I figured out that it was Friday the 13th, it was almost midnight, and nothing out of the ordinary had happened up to then. Eh, I'm not superstitious anyway...
