2nd mission. Hard level.

Hello... well now I've installed my old Thief copy. I think long ago I almost made the whole game and then got a bit bored and stoped.. but I m back now ! :)

One problem I always used to have though was the 2nd level. I usually completed all maps on hard or expert but this one... I just couldn't and this is why: I can't find Issyt the beggar and that darn Lucky Hand of Glory.

I found "Issyt's" remains in cell area 1 or 2... a couple of times now. But just as I explained, it's only a skelleton, I can't talk to him (it). How do I know it's Issyt? Well he's listed dead in the book on that cell area.. also listed as he had died of punishement.

So now.. does anyone of you know how to get that Hand of Glory and maybe find "Issyt" if he's not dead.

You mean Break from Cragscleft Prison?
Go to level Two.
Go to the Guards Cubicle.In there read a book.
The book tells you Issyt's remains are in cell 9.You know you have to use the Control panel.The Skeleton are Issyt's remains.Look closer at the bones!!!. ;)

Gillie is a lady, as is Nightwalker, but glad you are on your way. When you check out an area, do a bob and weave, up/down and side to side. Some of the goodies are hard to see unless you are in exactly the right place.

Im half way threw the 3rd level now.. why going slow? Cause Im probably wasting 1 hour every day to try to jump on the other side of the 3 concrete steps in the wall at the beginning under the wooden roof ^^ :) Yeah I'm positive there is a way around ( I even think I was there ones lately just forgot ). BUT I WANT TO MAKE THE JUMP. (Even been trying to sving me self from the roof haha)!

It helps if you tell us the mission (Assassins, Cragscleft, Bafford's, or whatever).

Your description is not really clear.

If you count the missions from day one, you have 1: Training, 2: Baffords, 3: Cragscleft 4: Ambush. If you only count the "missions" then you are in a different order and place.

So, the name of the mission, and exactly where you are helps. "I am in the garden just past the Pub. I climbed up on the box and am facing North to ..." For example.

haha I should stop spamming the forums now : ) But I just love these games. All these times I tried to go there, I forgot I had rope arrow, and I didnt even think of using a rope arrow anyway. <Sighs> I got it now though.
